We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who are passionate about improving the lives of seniors and are ready to make a difference in their everyday care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Implement physicians’ orders and ensure the delivery of prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor residents’ health and respond promptly to any changes or concerns, documenting all care and observations according to company policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individualized care plans for each resident.
• Administer first aid and emergency care when necessary, both for occupational and non-occupational health issues.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, always prioritizing the comfort and well-being of our residents.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a current state certification.
• Ability to work compassionately and effectively with residents in a senior living environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with their daily routines, providing compassionate, personalized care.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Administer medications and provide technical nursing care as prescribed by physicians.
• Observe and record changes in residents’ conditions, and promptly report significant signs and symptoms.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other care team members.
• Assist with other duties as needed to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
• Help supervise and lead Nursing assistants and LPNs.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois RN License in good standing (new grads are welcome!).
• CPR certification preferred.
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
• Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, and push/pull medication carts and wheelchairs with up to 30 pounds of force.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms to assist residents.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rates: $36.00 – $41.00 per hour.
