CNA/Nursing Department Scheduler

We are searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) that has worked steady for at least one (1) year in the CNA field. Scheduling experience preferred but will train. This position includes communicating closely with the DON, ADON, Human Resources, and Nursing Staff. Only team players should apply. Must be personable, possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills, proofreading, basic math and computer skills (basic Excel spreadsheets), multi-tasking and prioritizing in order to meet deadlines, and ability to handle stress. Must be flexible to work rotating weekends (or more frequently if needed), evening/night shift, and OT as required. Must attend monthly CNA and All Staff Meetings.  Other duties as assigned.  Must be 18 years of age or older.

Assists residents with the activities of daily life, conduct residential rounds as assigned, foster self-respect and a feeling of worth in each Resident and their families by consistent kindness, understanding, and patience for their care, use proper equipment and techniques to ensure the safety of Residents and staff, answer call lights promptly, assist residents with meals, nourishment, hydration, and transportation, ensure Residents are receiving the best quality care, work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality, participate in all in-services and activities as required, follow all written and oral directions as given by supervision. Other duties as assigned.  Must be 18 years of age or older.
