Our residents and families had so much fun at our Christmas party this past Friday, December 8th. Santa and his elf Jingles made a special appearance all of the way from the North Pole and brought presents for all of our residents! They also enjoyed home made cookies and a Christmas punch! Our Activity Department would like to thank everyone that helped make this a wonderful day for our residents!
Our residents got to enjoy some of the floats for the Chrisman Christmas light parade last night! Thank you to all of those who brought their floats in our drive for us to see! We loved them all!
Staff and residents had fun yesterday dressing up as Santa for Saint Nick Day! Ho Ho Ho!
Barbie was in raised in Humerick and now resides in Chrisman Il. Her parents are Karris and Donnie Ellis and she has one sister named Carrie Gillis. She has one son Gregory Juan-Ellis. Barbie has worked in our Housekeeping Department for the last 14 years. She states that what she enjoys most about her job is talking with the residents. She states that the biggest challenge that she has faced is remembering residents names and to have positive attitude even on the tough days. She states that one of her favorite memories of Pleasant Meadows is all of the food carry ins that we have for employees. Pleasant Meadows would like to thank Barbie for all of her years of service.
