So Proud of Robert Elliott our Wound Nurse

September 21, 2022 //  by Harmony Coburn

Please join us in congratulating our own Vohra Certified Wound Nurse! Robert Elliott recently completed the Vohra program. Robert worked diligently to achieve this certification in order to serve our residents and continue his growth and journey in his medical career. We appreciate your dedication to our residents, to your campus and to our company. When members of our team grow, we grow and together we can do great things for so many folks in need.

By earning a Wound Care Certification with Vohra, a nurse becomes a wound care expert based on the needs of the clinical environment in which they treat patients.

Nurses with a Wound Care Certification can both assist physicians and treat wounds directly, improving patient outcomes significantly. Trained wound nurses help improve patient quality of life.

Patients under the care of a certified wound nurse rarely need to leave their regular place of treatment to visit wound care centers or hospitals, where such trips often overexert the patient.
