Recipient of 2016 Pinnacle Customer Service Award!
Over the course of the last twelve months, Pinnacle Quality Insight, a nationally recognized customer satisfaction firm, has interviewed the customers of Pleasant Meadows Senior Living regarding their satisfaction levels. Based on the results, we’re delighted to announce we’ve been awarded the Pinnacle Customer Experience award for the past year.

Courtyard cook-out
Recently several of our residents enjoyed our new fire pit. We roasted hotdogs and marshmallows. The temperature was perfect for our residents to sit outside and enjoy the warmth of the fire. We ended the day serving smores to several of residents and family members.

We are never quite sure why so many people sign up for this project… is it for the sampling at the end or the artistic process?
Whatever their reasons, this group had a lot of fun decorating and enjoying their cupcake art!
