We celebrated Mother’s Day yesterday with our Mothers’ Day Soiree. Thank you so much to Mary June McCool for providing our wonderful piano music. We would also like to thank all of the families that came out to celebrate with their loved ones.

Stacey Filchak was born in Clinton IN. and now resides in Dana IN. Her parents are Terry and Gina and she has two brothers Jerry and Denny and one sister Ashley. She has been with her boyfriend Chris for over four years and together they are raising there furry puppy children Baby Girl, Nova Lee, Sadie May and Ivy Lynn. Stacey has worked for PMSL for three years and started out as a Helping Hand. She completed her C.N.A class and is now a valuable member of our Restorative Therapy team as an R.N.A. for over a year now. She states that what she enjoys most about her job is hearing the residents talk about there past and the advice that they give. One of her favorite moments at PMSL is getting to watch the residents plant flowers and vegetables outside and seeing how much they get to enjoy the nice weather. She states her biggest challenge was working through Covid. Her advice to current and future employees is keep smiling! In her leisure time she enjoys watching her dogs play outside in the nice weather. PMSL would like to say thank you to Stacey for all of her hard work, dedication and kindness to our residents.

We had so much fun being apart of the band! The Happy Keenager Kitchen Band visited us last week and let us sing and play instruments with them. It was so much fun and we hope to see them again real soon!
