After a long 3 years Country Charm is finally back! Our residents had so much fun singing, clapping and dancing in their chairs! We were all so happy to see you!

Our Restorative Therapy staff, Pleasant Meadows staff and residents wanted to say thank you to Paula Steirwalt for 46 years of hard work and dedication. They held two celebrations with cake, gifts and cards for her this week. 

Angela Tibbs was raised in Georgetown Il. She has worked for Pleasant Meadows in our Dietary Department for 19 years as a dishwasher, host, prep cook, and evening cook, just a little bit of everything. She states that the most enjoyable part of her job is learning from the residents and learning about their lives. Angela states that one of her favorite moments working at Pleasant Meadows is when Santa shows up for the annual Resident and Family Christmas party. The residents are always so happy to see him. Its also, seeing the inner child come out in everyone attending and the innocence we all have in believing so much that the world is perfect on Christmas Day. In her spare time Angela enjoys playing the guitar, writing music and writing books. Angela is very appreciated for her hard work and dedication to Pleasant Meadows.
