Our garden club had to be postponed today due to the rain, but we did not let that stop us from having fun! We played nail biting games of Jenga and checkers! 

Marketing Department: We are currently taking applications for available rooms on our Independent Unit. If you are interested in more information or a tour, please contact Pam Barrett at 217-304-9389 or Jami McNulty at 217-269-2396. Community Bingo will be held at the the Chester P. Sutton Community Center in Paris on Tuesday, May 7th, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and at the Georgetown Library on Tuesday, May 21st, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Come and join the fun!

Human Resources: We continue to accept applications online or in person for the following positions: R.N, LPN, Dietary, and Activities If you have any questions please contact our Human Resources Director Rhonda Murray at 217-269-2396. We look forward to speaking with you!

Dietary: Our 5 meal per day program started on April 1st. Our residents are enjoying the many opportunities for meals.

Activity Department: We are still taking orders for our Carnations for Mom now through May 5th. If you are interested Contact Amy in Social Services/Activities at 217-269-2396 or at ad@pleasantmeadows.org to order today! The prices are $3 for 1 carnation or $15 for 6 (vase included).

Every third Wednesday of the month, Country Charm take time out of their busy schedule to come and entertain our residents. They do a wonderful Johnny and June Carter Cash among others. Thank you so much for coming to see us each month!
