Nicole was born in Mattoon, IL. to Glenda and Michael Dixon. She is engaged to Daniel Parsley and has two children, daughter Lani Thompson and son Qwentin Thompson. Nicole has worked for Pleasant Meadows as an LPN for the last year. Nicole states that the most enjoyable part of her job is taking care of the residents. She enjoys listening to one resident play the guitar and just enjoys all of the unique and interesting conversations that she has with others. When asked what advice would you give future or current employees of PMSL she stated take the time to listen and care for your residents with no attitude and a smile. When asked what the most challenging part of her job has been she stated that it was during Covid when the residents had to isolate in their rooms for a period of time. Nicole works hard, comes to work everyday and with a smile on her face. PMSL would like to say thank you for all that you do for our residents and we are so lucky to have you!
