Josh was born in Danville IL. to Larry and Stacie Spain. He has one brother and two sisters. He is currently married to Haylee and they do not have children of their own but are raising his sister Hannah. Josh has worked at PMSL for a little over two years and started out working as a helping hand. He now is currently a CNA and RNA. He states the most enjoyable part of his job is spending time with each resident and hearing about the stories of their past. He also enjoys being able to share lunch with his wife each day as they currently work together. One of his favorite moments at PMSL is being able to join the Restorative Therapy team and helping the residents grow stronger each day. He states that the biggest challenge he has faced in his career is dealing with the loss of resident that you become very close to. When asked what advice he would give to future PMSL employees, Josh states, be attentive, polite and courteous and treat all residents as if they were your own family. In his leisure Josh enjoys fishing, working out and spending time with his family. PMSL would like to thank Josh for his dedication and kindness to all of our residents.
